Telephone orders can be placed by calling (416)234-1075 or toll-free (866)285-5509 Mon-Fri 8:00am until 5:00pm and Saturdays 9:00am – 1:00pm.

All orders are shipped via UPS. Please note that we cannot deliver to a P.O. Box. To obtain pricing and shipping rates, please call our toll-free number at (866)285-5509. Overweight and oversized items will be shipped via truck freight. Shipping rates are determined by weight, size, quantity of packages, and shipping location. Additional freight charges may apply to orders containing hazmat products.

Any additional shipping charges incurred as a result of incorrect or incomplete address information will be at the customer’s expense. Any redirection of shipment by the customer after the order has been shipped from Sculpture Supply Canada to an address other than that provided by the customer at the time of ordering will be at the customer’s expense.

No credit will be provided on merchandise returned without written authorization. Returns due to error on our part or defective merchandise will be given full credit. All credits are contingent on merchandise salvage value and original purchase price. Any other returns are subject to a 20% handling charge plus transportation costs.

All prices are in Canadian funds. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be added to all web orders. International orders may be subject to additional federal/state duties, taxes and brokerage fees.
