Master Works M1 10.5 Gallon Kit (220400)
Master Works M1 is a water based resinous material supplied as two liquid components that must be thoroughly mixed together. Maser Works M1 is used to build complex stage architecture, finely detailed film sets, props, highly durable sets for ongoing TV productions, cast panels, and modular building systems for casinos and theme parks. It is fire resistant, impact resistant and does not require specialist fabricator training or expensive construction equipment. Master Works M1 provides a fire-resistant coating for EPS and styrofoam.
Master Works M1 is ideal for creating replicas of surface textures. It can be moulded to form textured panels or to replicate sculpted stone and can be sprayed over EPS or styrofoam substrates to simulate rock formations, steel structures and concrete slabs. The material can be coloured using Master Works M Series Pigmentation and can be used as a replacement for marble and sculpted stone. Master Works M1 setting time can be controlled with Master Works Control Additives. It provides a durable, water resistant surface for almost all internal and external structures.

MRF 500 Plus Triaxial Reinforcement Fabric (220410)
This stitched triaxial reinforcement fabric has an enhanced wet out and the sizing on the yarn is water soluable so there is an improved bond. The triaxial reinforcement is (60/60/60) stitched E glass weighing 150 gm /m2. It has been specifically manufactured for compatibility and use with the Master Works resin systems. Applications include: laminate construction, reinforcement of positive spray systems, crack bridging, and mould support casings. Please refer to technical bulletin for fabric processing instructions and guidelines. Note: Triaxial Reinforcement Fabric must not be allowed to crease prior to laminating applications. The Master Works Sealer is a water based coating formulated on a combination of pure acrylic polymers, for
application onto components made from the Master Works M1 resin system. The use of this sealer is to impart additional protection from environmental pollution, dirt pick up and moisture ingress in exterior locations and protect against surface damage and marking in high traffic interior applications. Due to its sealing capability and protective ability the Master Works Sealer will improve the overall durability and longevity of Master Works components.
