Zinsser Bulls Eye 1-2-3 Primer is an easy-to-use, all purpose, low odour water base primer-sealer and stain blocker for sealing water spots and marks of any kind. Use as primer for Modern Masters Metallic Paint Collection. Size: 369g aerosol
SURFACE PREPARATION
Surfaces should be clean, dry, sound and free of any contamination that may interfere with adhesion. Remove loose paint, dirt and rust. Scuff sand glossy surfaces.
DRYTIME
30 Minutes. Topcoat after 1 hour with latex or oil-base paints. For best results allow primer to cure overnight when applying strong solvent-base topcoats.
APPLICATION
Use product at room temperature (21 C) in a well ventillated area - avoid high humidity. Spray 25-30cm (10"-12") from object.
