Pewter Casting Starter Kit (203003)
Pewter casting made easy! Set includes Dragon Skin 30 Silicone Rubber pint kit and pewter ingot. Average Ingot Weight : .75 Lb - 1.0 Lb (340 - 454 grams). Pewter ingot is melted at 281°F/138°C and poured directly into a cured silicone mold.
Pewter is a metal suitable for general casting of figurines, miniatures, toy soldiers, costume jewelry, fishing lures, medallions, trophies, belt buckles, silverware, pewter-ware, etc. Melting Temp : 281°F/138°C.
Dragon Skin 30 is a high performance platinum cure silicone rubber that is easy to use. Mix silicone 1A:1B by volume, pour over original model and allow 16 hours to cure at room temperature.
